During the obligatory period of closure to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Prado Museum worked intensively on the reorganization of its permanent collection.
The long-awaited opening, Reencuentro, presents a staging that involves an astonishing concentration of masterpieces. The traditional distribution by schools and periods loses strength in favor of new dialogues between works and authors, so that visitors have at their disposal a reencounter with features of renewal.
The visual communication of Reencuentro offers a vitalist vision of the occasion: the characters that inhabit the Museum, coming from the works it treasures, receive the visitor and gather in an optimistic mood to welcome his happy gaze.
To the set of diffusion supports for this special reopening, a series of supports with practical information concerning both the description of the exhibition space and its routes and the necessary anti-COVID-19 measures have been added.
